If something is missing or something is wrong with your order - please write us a short e-mail with the following information (if available): Contact, customer number, invoice number and date of purchase, item name, a short description of the fault or two pictures showing the defect

Exchange
You will receive a return label if you receive a wrong delivery or a defective product. In case of a change due to disagreement or cancellation you pay the shipping costs yourself.
Please return the goods in undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping box - preferably our original box. Please pay attention to good padding!
